Wonderful

The hotel is very nice, clean and it has a beautifull view. The rooms are cozy, comfotable beds, good linen. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay there, as usual.

Breakfast could be better. There are not too many choices, unless you eat sweet stuff. The staff from the kitchen should prepare faster the food that was eated. We have waited 40 min for the bacon.

Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast, wellnes

Breakfast should be at 7am and people who go to sauna shouldn't be in bathing suits. Maybe it will be good to have loyality programe.

Very Good

Very comfortable rooms, lounges and bar. Breakfast excellent. Staff very accommodating. Useful hotel minibus to and from Pozza.

Ski lockers unavailable on arrival. Official skibus service to Campitello and Canazei is less frequent than we expected.

Exceptional

The breakfast is simply perfect for a long day at the slopes, a lot of good options and plenty of fruits. The x-garden with the finnish sauna and the mountain views were the cherry on top, not to mention the Jacuzzi. A special greeting to Eliza who was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable, but maybe it is just my preference I like them a little bit softer.

Excellent value

Breakfast was excellent, including freshly squeezed fruits or vegetables, fresh pastry etc. Perhaps only a few more items to put on bread (like there were no vegetables) would be even better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside sauna with outside hole in ice was great.

The dinner was good but *very* slow. It always took two hours to get the meals served. Long waits up to one hour in between the courses. Regardless of if you got the fixed menu or a la carte. Also the dinner only starts 19:30, so you will end up eating 21:30 which is maybe not late by italian standards, but for us this is the time to go to bed.. It's not very easy to get to the sauna as it only can seat 6 people per hour. You need to reserve in advance and you won't get the time you'd want.

Great winter getaway

We loved the jackuzzi and spa, location - close to the ski slopes. The staff is really friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy this part of Dolomites. Great for cross country skiing too.

Lovely and comfortable hotel with great staff

Beautiful location, friendly staff, modern. We loved the hot tub outside with snow all around. Very convenient to town and restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating when we had a family emergency. Thank you!!!

What was the highlight of X Alp Hotel

Just magical.

The hotel was perfect. A little out of town but that meant it was more peaceful and they provided a shuttle to take you too and from the ski lift. Breakfast was great - we didn’t really love the dinner but there were plenty of options for restaurants nearby. The hot tub, sauna and ice pool were fantastic after a long day skiing. The Pizzeria Salin nearby is fantastic.

It would have been great if the hotel ran the shuttle throughout the day and in the evenings too but it was actually nice to walk out in the evenings in the snow and they were so flexible and sometimes would pick us up or take us into town outside of their normal hours.

Beautiful property with great views, please stay for more than a night.

The property is beautiful and we were very sad to be staying there for just one night. The staff is superb and very friendly. The reception staff gave us all the information that we needed during check-in and checkout. The food that we tasted in the restaurant was very good.!

The options in the restaurant could have been a little more versatile.

The hotel is amazing in outstanding location. Surrounding with the vast green beauty of the Dolomites area. It's just 5 min driving from QC Terme. We enjoyed our stay here a lot. If you are visiting Pozza di Fassa, this is the hotel you need!

Everything inside and outside the room was perfect, good attention to the details.

Probably best place to stay near Latemar and Carezza lake

We enjoyed our stay (end October) a lot, and happy to come again when we are in the same area. Hotel looks very fresh and cozy, rooms are good size and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good breakfast selection, including warm and cold dishes. Dinner in restaurant was very good too - recommended. Small SPA with two saunas inside and outside jacuzzi (included in price) was great after day of hiking, but be aware to book time in advance (e.g. after dinner), because there is maximum 4-6 people allowed at the same time, and there should be two separate reservations for SPA and jacuzzi. Carezza lake and Labyrinths of Latemar for 3-4h hiking are not far away by car, and highly recommended; stay in that area also for sunset view. Popular viewpoints towards Sella Pass are other direction, but also close by. There is large and easy to access parking lot just next to hotel.

During our stay (end October) cable cars near hotel did not work, but we knew it in advance.
